The room was very clean. The view from our room was of the city with beautiful old buildings outside. The location was easy to get around the city. We were going to a ballgame. We chose this hotel for walkability. I would recommend this hotel.

This place is always great! The location is great if you are looking to get right to the nightlife. Everything is always super clean. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the Cleveland area including the Ritz and Hyatt is my choice everytime.

Beautiful, historic location. Very convenient. Walkable to many sites. Great bars close by.

Bathroom was not cleaned with leftover of soap; sink didn’t work properly;

We keep finding reasons to come back and stay at this hotel. Building is so unique, staff is super helpful, location is great (we walked to the baseball stadium for a game), and we plan to be back for a Browns game in the future.

The cleaning staff were nice and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient. Other than that i cannot recommend the hotel. The building is dated and requires update. Gloomy hallways, bare rooms without drawrs to place your personal belonging. The room safe didnt work. Initially we were given a room that had strong cigarettes odor. It is definitely not a Hyatt standard.
