If you are just looking for a basic room for a night this place is it. Arrived at 4pm, no one in reception - greeted by someone in pajamas - parking was down the back of a steep driveway on the property, at an addidtion $20 - if a car spot is available. Nothing flash about the room, water pressure not great - for one night - go ahead, for more than that - book elsewhere

Excellent location

It was extremely noisy between 10pm -2pm

There was no hair dryer

Room is fine and all good for price. No aircon and a bit dated but location is perfect for a gig at the domain. No issues. Just basic. What you would expect for price you pay.

Parnell Pines isn't the Ritz but it's really great. It's right in the middle of Parnell, on the inner city bus route, and the room was clean and just fine. But the best thing is the rooms are extremely good value. Highly recommended.

Extensively dated, bed topped at one corner, smelt awful, dust on most surfaces and a towel left hanging on bathroom from previous guest,

The room was clean, bed comfortable and linen and towels changed regularly. Property Manager was pleasant and helpful. The room and facilities are run down and shabby and in need of a complete upgrade. Parking is down a steep driveway, and it is extremely difficult to navigate even with a medium size vehicle particularly is there are other large vehicles already there. There is a down-market bar in the front of the building which appears to be totally out of character with the Parnell area.

Very cool spot for dining out with loads of choice nearby, there's food in the bar at the front as well! Room was well equipped and comfy, we got lucky with room in the car park at the back but there is plenty of on-street as well

Good location, but thats the only positive. Hotel is very very old, dated and pics do not accurately reflect actusl acvomidation. Parking available but difficult to access
