一般 the gym is super small a very small room. i forgot my sunglasses there and in few hours despite no traffic i could not find it. staff could looked into security camera to find out but that did not happen either.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. It's essentially like staying in your own apartment and very walkable to many restaurants and nearby attractions

The hotel is in a great location. However, the reception team were less than helpful - issuing us the wrong room initially and then, after swapping the room couldn't have been less interested in helping us move, or find the new room or any kind of explanation as to the mistake. Breakfast was very sub-par (and expensive) - promising the usual (eggs benedict, pancakes, etc.) but then we were told that they weren't available. Throughout our stay no one was friendly or helpful (apart from the room servicing team who were lovely). Such a shame - as the hotel had real potential to be amazing - but seriously failed our expectations.
