Nada muy cara para una propiedad que no te ofrece nada solo que está cerca de la 5ta avenida

There’s only one working elevator and it is confusing at times, because there is a maintenance one in the middle. Otherwise, excellent stay.

Good stay for a few days at this hotel in Playa del Carmen in early June to decompress after diving both on Cozumel and the cenotes south of Playa. Nice location in the middle of a lot of activity — shops, restaurants, bars, etc. But the room was quiet and not noisy at all. The hotel is a few blocks off the ocean but beach activites this time of year are undermined by seaweed infestation. (The seaweed problem is especially bad south of the Cancun hotel strip to Tulum sometimes beginning as early as April and sometimes lasting until October.) The service at the hotel was excellent. My room rate came with an American breakfast each day which was very good. The hotel has less than 100 rooms and has a boutique feel. There are two floors of rooms and an expansive rooftop with a pool, bar, and restaurant. The menu is limited but the food was fine. The pool service was very good. The fitness center is paltry but it wasn’t a problem for me b/c no one else was in there when I used it.

The location was amazing! Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk and really lively. The staff were so helpful and I appreciated the attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. Front desk employees were also great and helped with directions and booking a taxi to the airport for an early morning flight. Rooms were spacious and the pool was stunning! Loved my stay here.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel! We were only there for the night before we flew home, but I wish we were there for longer!! When we are back in playa del Carmen next, we will absolutely be staying here. Location was fantastic, the property itself is modern, clean and nice and the our room was perfect. Comfortable bed, great shower and water pressure - overall 10/10!!

Excellent stay no complaints

El hotel estaba súper bien ubicado. Todo estaba muy cerca, el acceso a la playa estaba mas conveniente desde el otro hotel pero teníamos rápido acceso y podíamos disfrutar de todos los servicios. El staff muy amable y nos explicaban bien todos los beneficios. La habitación era bastante cómoda y amplia .

This is my third time staying here Hyatt Centric Downtown. I love all the staff starting from front desk to the restaurant and bartenders. The cleanliness of the rooms and the housekeeping personal.I highly recommend.

The room was clean, staff were very polite and friendly. The restaurant was perfect. However there was lots of noise inside room especially during night because of hvac systems of surrounding buildings.
