The breakfast was wonderful. Just a great overall exoerience.

great location. Spaceous

Juste wow ! Un service personnalisé ! Une visite des lieux par le personnel dès notre arrivée et le tout avec un emplacement parfait !

This hotel was excellent a great location 5min from duomo and 10min from ponte de vecchio. Rooms were clean and spacious and a painted ceiling that was beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

Everyone was helpful and really excellent decision to reserve

Great location. Reasonable breakfast. Large room and large bathroom by Europe standards. A single, tiny and slow elevator. We had to make multiple trips to transfer our luggage. But it's better than no elevator at all.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working consistently, our room was a bit hot. The breakfast was perfect and a great way to start our day. The location was excellent for ask the areas of Florence we wanted try see. We would highly recommend this place.

Booked at the very last minute due to the other hotel booked being a disaster. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Personnel Wow!! Service exceptionnel. Merci à toute l'équipe vous avez fait une différence positive lors de notre passage à Florence.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Rooms a bit small but overall not bad. The hotel is very manly and it gives that vibe. The location of the hotel is perfect. The piazza is not very busy which is great. It is walkable distance from everything like the Duomo or Ponte Vecchio
