Close to both the train and bus stations. Staff very kind, courteous and helpful. Very clean hotel and room.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.

Great staff. I stayed my original 3 days, checked out, then due to unexpected circumstances i had to stay for 4 more days and they accommodated that immediately. Staff were always, friendly and professional. Great area, close to everything and really quite area. Accessible patking

I didnt have the breakfast; therefore i cant comment. But everything else, from staff to cleanliness. Very respectful and considerate. Amazing experience.

Sasebo is a wonderful city. I recommend it to anyone.

The place was pretty great. The room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. My only complaint was that my fridge didn’t work but that wasn’t too bad. It’s also very close to a large shopping street while being in the middle of town. Overall great place to stay.

Amazing and the Staff was super helpful!

The Sunwest Hotel is in a decent area and has a reasonably modern building, but the rooms are quite small and the furnishings are lacking. Even after upgrading to a larger room, I found there was no table for my luggage, leaving it spread out on the floor. The breakfast, however, is excellent—I'd give it 2 or 3 out of 3 stars—and the staff is very kind. Another downside is that the rooftop lounge, shown in photos, is locked all day, which felt a bit deceptive. Overall, despite the great breakfast and friendly staff, I don’t think I’ll be staying there again and will look for another hotel next time
