Good stay within city centre

The hotel is well located, breakfast and the restaurant is good and the view is awesome. The room claims to have AC but it didn’t work and made my stay horrible. I was given a small portable fan upon check in, and could barely sleep throughout the week during the heat wave when it 40 Celsius outside.

The air conditioning wasn’t working. The staff did NOT communicate this with us until WE inquired about it. It was very unprofessional. However, they were helpful when we then decided to cancel our stay due to the lack of AC during the worst heatwave of recent European history.

Located in Little Tokyo, this is a stylish hotel with well appointed rooms in a Japanese style. Staff super helpful. And a delightful Italian cafe attached.

Amazing stay. Wish we were staying longer! The AC wasn’t working properly so they brought us a fan to use, which worked well. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Good location, great staff. Only wish would have been a tea kettle and mini fridge. Have grown accustomed to these items as most hotels have them. Besides those items would recommend this hotel. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Very attractive location a couple feet off Koenigsallee in “Little Tokyo” . Breakfast/Bar/Lounge with a view on the 11th floor . Rooms with a touch of Japan - interesting shower/bathroom-combination. Lobby with cafè/bar, souvenir and barber shop .

The hotel was conveniently located in Little Tokyo and a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the Altstadt. Nearby bakeries were a great find as the hotel breakfast was overpriced at 27 Euros. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Rooms did not have shampoo or conditioner, staples in any hotel. No mini fridge either, however there was an abundant supply of bottled water.

Great location, in the center of little Tokyo . Thr area is packed with many Japanese restaurants and shops. Close to the central train station. The room is cozi and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing like last time we stayed there. The staff is attentive and very helpful, room is clean and it’s very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is great and the ambiance top notch. Favourite hotel in Düsseldorf for us.
