CODA威廉斯堡 (CODA Williamsburg)

This was our second stay at CODA and we had another incredible stay. Great location, amazing housekeeping and great staff. We left a jacket in our room and the staff helped ship it to England - they went above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

We booked our stay at Coda months in advance of my nephew's wedding and were looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, on the day we were supposed to travel, my husband wound up in the hospital and we weren't able to take the trip. Although we had booked a no refund rate, I had hoped we could get a partial refund, or credit, or at the very least let one of my nephew's other guests enjoy our room. The manager refused a refund or partial credit. When we made the last request to give the room to someone else, the staff told me that the room had already been rebooked and they had no space left, despite the fact that it was still in the middle of my pre-paid rental. So the hotel didn't lose money on the room, in fact they got paid twice for the same nights, and the way they handled it was rude and dismissive. They didn't offer any kind words about me having to miss my nephew's wedding (in a hotel where he had reserved a block of rooms), nor were they nice about the reason I had to cancel - that my husband was in the hospital for two nights. A little compassion would have gone a long way, even if a refund wasn't possible. Offer a free night for a future stay, or even a drink at the bar with a deep apology, or something on a human to human level. It's not what I would describe as hospitality. And it doesn't want me want to try the hotel next time we visit my nephew and his new wife.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the nearby parks and wonderful restaurants. The Front Desk Staff and Housekeeping were friendly, attentive, and helpful. We hope to return to Coda!

A fine place to stay in Williamsburg, with a lovely pool, comfortable rooms, and a very responsive staff.

Great stay. People were very helpful and responsive

Convenient for walking around. Nice and clean room just little noisy when people talking and walking.

Suck

Coda is great location for me to stay when I visit my daughter in Green Point, but also easy subway ride to Manhattan. The staff is exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The room felt safe, quiet, comfy, nice view of the park area. Parts of the room were really outdated. Had to move night stands to access outlets, empty cabinet where a small fridge used to be, picture covering what used to be a frosted window in the bathroom. Staff were nice. Check in and check out were smooth. I would stay again. Restaurant in basement had very good food. Pool was not yet open, and roof top bar was closed when I tried to check it out around 9 pm. Those are likely very nice amenities.
