满意 The entrance of the room was dirty.
The welcome was very poor although the hotel wasn’t crowded + my check in was after rush hour time.
No one was there to take the luggage! Until I had to ask for one!!

The hotel is very clean and truly amazing. One of the best lobbies I’ve seen, with excellent facilities that really stand out. Overall, the common areas are impressive and well maintained. The only downside was that the room felt a bit used and could benefit from some updates. Still, a great stay overall.

Is a Palace!!! Beautiful, stunning and the service is very exceptional and exclusive attention, you realize that the Saudi people are very happy that you are visiting their country and explain with detail their culture, and history. Me and my family were so satisfied with their friendship and respectful interaction. Saudi Arabia is very safe and friendly country and we will be back next time for a different town and keep appreciating their culture!!!!
