The hotel room was clean, a little worn. Staff depended on who you got, a mixed bag, some were quite helpful, others were reluctant to help. I know English is not their preferred language, however if you’re at reception, I think it should be part of your job. Breakfast was average, included basics, however the scrambled eggs looked a very unappealing yellow.

Great spot next to rail station, bus to airport, shops and restaurants .

Overall good experience. Shower head was broken when I checked in and it took 24 hours to get it fixed even though I requested it asap.

I sincerely do not recommend staying here. I was there for 3 nights for work, and would never stay in such a place again. The place was unkept, the staff was unhelpful and/or unprepared to resolve issues, the whole facility was LOUD, and it was just a bad experience overall.

Pre-arranged for my mother to have a handicap- accessible room and was told upon arrival it would not be available, all rooms were booked. Staff was neither accommodating nor compassionate.

Staff was not helpful for breakfast ask for few things they not bothered even not much for breakfast ask for coffee they said no I will never go room was so noisy did not sleep all night.

Centrally located next to the Rabat Ville train station. Hotel is a bit old, but ver clean.

A very handy location literally outside railway station..great for a very short stay,nice bar on roof

If you are traveling by train this is very convenient. It is also very easy to walk to many tourist spots.
