החדר היה נקי. צוות מאוד נעים ועוזר. החדר מרווח ויש בו הכל. הדבר היחיד שלא היה מוצלח הוא הספה המפתחת למיטה - לא החתה נוחה. הגיע צוות והחליף מנגנון אבל זה לא עזר ולא היה נעים להמשיך להתלונן. אז ויתרנו. בסך הכל - חוויה טובה מאוד

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so nice and welcoming. The only thing that was bothering me is that nobody came to clean the room during my stay and the breakfast area was a mess

Rooms and hotel itself was very clean. Staff where super friendly and very helpful. Definitely the best hotel to stay at in Hamilton

Really good if you have an event in the TD Coliseum, so close. Everyone is so friendly, the hotel is clean, but the elevator is slow (nothing wrong, just saying)

Très bonne hôtel

It’s a very decent hotel. The location is not good but you have some amenities close. The staff is ok. Not to friendly but very serious. The parking space per night is expensive considering the price of the hotel. Pets are allowed but they charged me twice for one dog 75$+ 75$. They didn’t fix the mistake. The breakfast is ok. They change everyday and you have options.

The hotel itself is great. Conveniently located next to the Convention Center and Arena. Easy to access via the bus to/from the airport. Breakfast was good as well. Room was quite spacious, with all kitchen appliances, large and small. However, a part of my room was quite dusty and affected my sinusitis.

The hotel facilities are very well-equipped.
