Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Wonderful restaurant. Spacious rooms with five-star amenities

had to stay on the smoking floor and room it was HORRIBLE. Will not stay again

The room was quiet and spacious, and toiletries are sufficient and of good quality. It was fantastic considering the price, but in Japan, this quality is a little more than average, which I usually expect APA hotel to be. The only thing that dissatisfied me was some dusty places in the room, such as the floor’s corner or the phone's top.

Clean property, well stocked, mineral provided when opt for eco (no linen change) option

Brand new and free motorcycle parking out front

I booked late and arrived late but it didn't matter. Check in was so smooth and quick. The coin laundry was a life saver. Look forward to staying with them again.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast was great. we were on the 3rd floor and the carpet was very warn throughout. The room was clean and it was a short walk to the train station.

Obver all this Hotel is good. Close to station, much restaurant near by, quite. Under construction may little noisy in morning but still acceptable.

今年なら今度は五回目でした。二泊泊まらせてありがとうございます。場所は駅の近くなので凄く便利でした。部屋は綺麗でしたしスタッフも親切でした。また遊びにきます。

Very nice hotel. They provided a free upgrade at the counter due to availability. My only negative point is the WiFi network was very slow. It was only good for email and basic internet browsing.
