It was amazing me and my girlfriend loved it here and the breakfast buffet was amazing, but there was just one problem with it because there was make up stands on the glass and sweat but if I look away from that it was amazing and loved it here

Looks iffy from the outside, but it's a good location. Breakfast was very good. Rooms are big in comparision to most Scandinivian hotels. There is a terrace which was a nice place to sit. We wished the hotel had a better bar area though.

I was charged to check in before 3pm. Is that normal? The room also smelled of cigarettes.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Great location close train station, shopping centre and an easy walk into town centre.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and very clean room modern room. Fantastic breakfast with the excellent additional option of paying to create your own picked lunch box from the buffet. With the cost of food in Bergen so high it was much appreciated by us. Highly recommended Thank you

The staff at the front desk was extra helpful especially the tall gentleman with the beard. Didn’t get his name. Marius at the bar upstairs was very helpful and friendly as well. It was close to the downtown without too much of a walk and very close to the train station which worked for us going to Oslo on Sunday.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are helpful, and the breakfast is excellent; the hotel is ideally located right next to Bergen train station, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away.

Excellent location. Bergen is small but it was still nice to be a 3 minute walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to the center city. Very nice staff and room.

The property is well located and you can reach the old town in about 20 minutes. Nice hotel. The staff was courteous but not too excited about high level customer service. I sent two emails requesting information, the first one few weeks prior to arrival and the second email 2 days before arrival. They answered on my second day of staying there. Obviously too late. The second issue was that we stayed there 4 days. They only cleaned the room one day and only because I made a request. One of the reason of not taking airbnb is to have your room made every day.
