Lovely hotel in the center of town. Clean rooms, free parking, friendly staff.

I'm travelling with large bags, so I wanted somewhere very near the railway station, but still walkable to all the amazing sites in this most beautiful of cities. It's a gem! This hotel is virtually attached to the railway station, but it's modern, clean, comfortable beds, good bathrooms, and very cheap for the quality. In short, it's the perfect solution for my needs on this trip. A good buffet breakfast is available, but finishes at 9:00am, so just watch that.

Staff were very helpful, allowed me to check-in early. Room comfortable with updated bathroom. Good selection for breakfast. Conveniently located next to Train & Bus station. Nice flat walk into shopping are.

Handy being right next to the railway station, however, the restaurant was unaccomodating, wouldnt serve dinner OR breakfast due to a football group being there, not even a coffee was supplied for breakfast, had to go in search of food, the city centre is a mile away or 30mins walk.

The room was clean and modern but we had a room directly above the train station and it was very noisy all night. Stayed for two nights and the trains go through all night, with loud tannoy announcements etc. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, but we were disappointed to have such a noisy room when it's a large hotel and didn't appear to be full. The room was also only set up for one, even though I booked for two so had to have towels and pillows delivered late. The soap dispensers also leaked so everything was covered in soap at the sink and in the shower, but it wasn't the end of the world. Well located if you need the train/that bus station, but a little way out of town. It's a pleasant walk through the park, but it is quite a long walk

Nice service and clean rooms

Really really conveniently situated by train station, but no noise from train. Very clean, very comfortable. It was unfortunate the restaurant wasn't open, as the restaurant options on the area weren't amazing. Other than that, everything was great.

Nice hotel near the train station , map and contact details were incorrect but i found my way eventually No food service because of covid 19 but central location in Plovdiv
