古尔冈优迪格豪尔丽筠酒店 (Radisson Gurugram Udyog Vihar)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Clean room good breakfast and good service

Decent property good food

Very efficient and comfortable

The stay was ok, the checkin was slow and the room lacked a lot of amenities like hair dryer, slippers, pen and paper etc which is common in a good hotel, we had to ask the reception for all of this. The gym was nice but the pool was not that good. The staff were nice and the room cleaning was done properly. The in-room dining was a bit expensive but the food was good. The hotel offers a lot of unique facilities like PS5 in the room for a charge which was really fun. Overall the stay was ok.

Bathroom shower options need to be upgraded for sure.

We had a very nice day in this hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The buffet was quite a super selection. The room was comfortable, but the bed was a bit hard. The bathroom was clean. The staff tried to be helpful, but I did ask them to freeze some cold packs for my medication and despite my clear instruction that did not happen but other than that, we were very happy. The bar is also quite nice.

Towels were dirty, bathroom wasn't very clean, AC cannot be adjusted (was very hot in Delhi those days), they charged for ice

Staff is friendly and hotel is clean! I stay here everytime I visit

Overall good

Excellent
