凯煌酒店 (Hotel Le Concorde)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

My first room was fine for 3 nights (when I initially made the booking I booked for 3 nights, and changed my mind and added 1 additional night). After the 3 nights the hotel told me that I would need to switch to another room for the extra night; the water was cold in the shower and I let the front desk know about this.

Convenient location. Poor room quality / condition.

Very clean, minimalist room that was spacipus enough for 3 people. Updated furnishings and bathroom but air con was not very effective in the unusually hot weather and we had a difficult time cooling down after walking around. Convenient location to walking areas, shops, groceries and bakeries. Neither of the 4 lamps in the room seemed to work and so we had the option of full ceiling lights or darkness lol

We had a family room, which had a good size and was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

The position in Aix The parking The helpful staff (both at the reception and the cleaning ladies)

Terrific staff, terrific space, and great location.

Belle chambre donnant sur une cour agréable avec du mobilier de jardin et des parasols

Great location to old town. Rooms clean and parking is small space. Overall a great place to stay.

Efficient little room. Had a mishap entering the narrow entrance to the parking

Great location with a big room and a safe.
