I usually book here whenever I go to the dead sea but this last visit wasn’t the best. The room was missing some tools like the hair dryer and bath robe. Called receptionist to request the items but they said they will but we waited long and they didn’t bring them although they were supposed to be included in the room package. Another thing is the type of people who were using the swimming pools, there was so many young men who were chasing girls in the pool and taking pictures of them. I had to tell the towels guy about the pictures so they are aware.

Lovely stay and beautiful location. Mudding was fun. Hussein at the beach was very helpful in that regard. Great selection of fresh food. Lamb was delicious. Would recommend.

The staff was amazing

The resort is very nice. There are several pools, one has a swim up bar. Of course there is also the Dead Sea. Staff there will help you with ‘mud’ so you leave the Sea feeling great. This service is free! We ate at two restaurants- the Italian and the Lebanese. Both were really good, the Italian was excellent!

Lovely pool but 2nd pool was having maintenance. In a perfect spot for visiting the Dead Sea. Great access to beach . Complimentary mud body experience and wash down. Excellent food . Beautiful room with sea view

Everything was under construction and we still were charged the normal amount. Woke up to construction sound, all except one pool closed, bars closed, beach access under construction.

Unfortunately our stay was disrupted by the pool maintenance which was very loud and right outside our balcony. It lasted for the entire duration of our stay. The hotel did not give us notice that out of the 3 pools they have 2 would be closed. We did contact the hotel about our concerns but it seemed to be ignored. The food available on site was wonderful, as were the staff but we would not go back.

Amenities and the food was great!

Amazing hotel with great rooms , great views of the Dead Sea from lobby. Amazing beach and facility to go in Dead Sea. Staff help with logistics. Would like to call out Imad one of their staff on the beach who was very helpful

Our room wasn't ready for us when we arrived. After waiting about 20 minutes, they upgraded us to a junior suite. The room was outstanding in every way and the view was spectacular. The breakfast in the morning was also exceptional. Our sincere thanks to the staff. I will stay in Hilton resorts more often in the future based on this stay!
