NICE!!!!!!

Amazing property. the BEST staff i have ever seen at any hotel I visited. They were prompt, helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The pools were also amazing. They have 2 family pools and an adult pool with a swim up bar. All pools were clean, big and had great views. We travelled with a child and this resort has the BEST pool/day club for children. They were wonderful with the kids and provided play time, toys, etc. Breakfast was great. Many choices and varieties. I will always stay here when i visit the dead sea again.

Very good stay

Clean spacious rooms with comfy beds, however the toilet seat was in separate faraway small room from the shower area, with no sink to wash hands after using the toilet seat??!! I found this very strange ??! Who was the stupid engineer who came out with such stupid idea?! Hilton management staff should fix this problem in all hotel rooms as soon as possible, otherwise people like me will never check-in again in such inconvenient rooms hotel with such bathrooms. All other things including staff and breakfast were excellent. Tusks

Room was clean, could be tricky finding your way around if you have a baby stroller, couldn't figure out a way to get to the Lobby/Beach without having to go through some stairs.

Rooms very nice, proximity to the beach good. Options for lunch limited! And service slow at the Italian. Good entertainment during Eid! Overall happy with our visit

I usually book here whenever I go to the dead sea but this last visit wasn’t the best. The room was missing some tools like the hair dryer and bath robe. Called receptionist to request the items but they said they will but we waited long and they didn’t bring them although they were supposed to be included in the room package. Another thing is the type of people who were using the swimming pools, there was so many young men who were chasing girls in the pool and taking pictures of them. I had to tell the towels guy about the pictures so they are aware.

Lovely stay and beautiful location. Mudding was fun. Hussein at the beach was very helpful in that regard. Great selection of fresh food. Lamb was delicious. Would recommend.
