Washed out, jaded rooms that have old infrastructure. Bathrooms are really old. Staff is courteous and compensate for the poor room design and old look. Infrastructure not upto ITC standard. Again, helpful staff at check-in, IT support for Internet, housekeeping and chefs & waiting staff live upto ITC standard and make living in old rooms bearable. Property needs to be renovated.

Overall experience is okay but not at par as name Welcome by ITC... Hairdryer is not working...We are 4 guests including my 2 kids already mentioned but I had to ask for extra blanket at 11 pm. So it's 3 star out of 5 from my side.
