Ritz Carlton was amazing. The staff were courteous and very helpful. They paid very close attention to detail. It was a very enjoyable stay for our family and we will be back!

The Ritz Carlton never disappoints! Everything was amazing from check-in to check-out...no complaints!! Worth the stay!

Truly a five star hotel, from the staff, the room, the detailed marble and fine hardwood trim! Gym, pool, spa all first class and with a favorable U.S. dollar exchange rate--a great deal.

Reminiscent of London at its finest. Service impeccable, rooms spacious and clean, restaurants highest quality and delicious. Will return here when back to Osaka

The hotel is one of the most beautiful in the world and I’ve been to many Ritz’s globally and the staff is just exceptional and the best!!!

We loved the bedroom - especially the luxurious bathroom with a deep bathtub and an excellent shower. The staff were extremely polite and helpful (something you come to expect in Japan!), and the location close to the station makes it very easy to make out-of-town excursions. For a country with such an excellent design aesthetic of its own, we found the English country-house décor a little dissonant, but I suppose that is just a matter of individual taste!

It’s big beautiful and elegant. Hands down worth every usd yen or euro you’re willing to pay for this hotel.

Our stay met the expectations of a Ritz-Carlton. Beautiful property near metro lines. Room very comfortable--first night bed seemed too hard but adapted and was fine. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff top notch. Maid service excellent. Would highly recommend this property.
