Always enjoy this hotel. They do a great job.

First of all, the staff was amazing. So, very kind and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant, the food was delicious and the breakfast buffet is not to be missed. The location is fantastic, especially if you are planning on going to the gay neighborhood, which is 5 minutes away, if that. It's a short 15-minute walk to the beach and tons of things to do. My room was absolutely massive and the bed was comfortable as well. Could it use a fresh update on some of the flooring and furniture, yes, but clean is an understatement. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay here 3-5 times a year. It's a great value and consistently offers great service with no surprises.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet was very nice at a reasonable price. Location was within walking distance of the restaurants, bars, and beach. The room has a small balcony big enough just for 2 chairs and table. Washing facilities were just across the soi from the hotel.

Everything you want in a hotel room, although my bathroom was a tad small, and the bathroom mirror would benefit from a light above it Very helpful and friendly staff.

I have always stayed at zing over the years whenever I can sometimes they are full so I have had to use alternative Hotels, the staff are nice and friendly the buffet Breakfast is good value location is great short walk the the beach and lots of choices of restaurants Bars massage parlours so if your looking for good Hotel and nearby Amenities then Zing resort and Spar is Perfect

The jacuzzi was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Location is good, close to restaurants and clubs. Value was incredible. The only thing I did not like was the front office staff tend to be unattentive.

Great value for money. Perfect location for me Staff always wonderful.

Great affordable hotel. Terrific location close to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Great swimming pool to cool off in.

The included buffet breakfast is delicious and omlettes are cooked to your order. Excellent air conditioning to suit the hot days in Pattaya.
