宜必思罗托鲁瓦酒店 (ibis Rotorua)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Check in was terrible, 45 min standing in line waiting.Rooms clean, staff were lovely.Parking was good.

I booked this hotel through Expedia well in advance for a group of 20 people. Since most of our group members were of the same gender, I specifically booked twin rooms (two single beds) for almost every room, with only two double rooms reserved for couples. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were told that there were not enough twin rooms available. The staff claimed they had sent me an email about this in advance, but I never received any email or notification from either the hotel or Expedia. This created a very stressful situation for our entire group upon arrival. For a booking made well ahead of time, this kind of mistake is simply unacceptable. If the hotel could not honor the room types that were confirmed, they should have ensured I was properly informed and that an alternative solution was arranged before we arrived—not when 20 guests were standing at reception. To make matters worse, breakfast was moved to another location, making the whole experience even more inconvenient. Overall, the organization and communication were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this property for group bookings.

Everything was great but unfortunately on second day housekeeping overlooked cleaning our room

Room clean and tidy, but little space to sit other than on the bed (twin double room). The shower temp a bit all over the place and not consistently hot. Staff absolutely wonderful, though - really friendly and helpful.

Very convenient, good facilities and good on site parking.

Amazing and good pricing , but no pancake machine

Checked in at designated time no clean room available. Had prepaid with no cancellation option so had to wait 40 min. Then I was given a room number which didn’t exist so I had to go back to reception and wait more. I prepaid for breakfast but the hot options were Luke warm to cold. Bain-Marie were not set high enough. The breakfast area air con was blowing very cold air and so the dining experience was terrible.

I wasn't told about breakfast sign in and the procedure and if this was mentioned on arrival check in, it would make things easier and less complicated. Staff / Room service knocked on the door while I was brushing my teeth, 3 knocks, deep and 1sec later the door opened up, which I commented, do you always just come into rooms this quick? Where I got a reply, there was no answer so I thought no-one was in the room. I wash brushing my teeth but luckily not on the toilet having a #2 or walking around the room naked. This is also at 8am and what if I was having a sleep in till 9? These are considerations that should take place at a professional organization.

Easy and friendly check in, great locations to Rotorua city

A cooling fan would have been nice. Better less sweet hot chocolate would be good.
