Really missed the a/c but overall it was a good experience

We really like this hotel. Rooms are lovely, spacious, and all you need too. ( the carpet could do with a clean, it did not look its best). Breakfast was brilliant, great choice to suit all tastes. We had a dinner dance and the food was amazing. Staff are very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We will definetly come back. Thank you for a great weekend. Diane & Pete.

Staff are so friendly and helpful . Waitress last night particularly so ( was Dundee uni student told us ) and very friendly and helpful . Reception lovely too . Great location only 5 minutes station and slightly longer if going to cruise terminal . Has a pool and spa too ! Apex used do free hot drinks machine but either not here or no longer do and did like that bonus so 😢. Beds comfortable if air conditioning too noisy can be switched off . Felt room needed more thorough hoover but bathroom very clean .

Ideal location for exploring Dundee. The pool facilities were great and the breakfast was delicious.

Great stay, spacious clean rooms and lovely staff.

We stayed during a heatwave. The room was unbearable. No aircon and one wall of glass meant we didn’t sleep. The blackout blinds also have a big gap at the top and bottom so bright at 6am. No bathrobe provided meant going down to swim (in the cold pool) was a faff getting changed. All in all the staff were great and doing their best but this is by no means a luxury hotel.

Staff and breakfast is excellent. Area is ok. However it is very hot in rooms with no air conditioning. Badly needed.
