We were given a great room with a great view! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The pool area was nice although we didn’t go swimming.. location was very close to a lot of activities and stores and restaurants and we had a great time. Highly recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. We missed the first morning of breakfast, as they didn't tell us the breakfast room hours. That also may be that our room was really dark and we slept in, so the shades were awesome! We enjoyed the rooftop pool, as well.

Coffee situation was rough with the machines… providing a drip in addition to the machines for morning service would be beneficial. Food was cold maybe she forgot to heat the water? I have no idea. Everything was cold… Eggs and sausage.

We had a balcony it was the 5th floor it is the perfect spot you can see the water the ships the town we thoroughly enjoyed it we were there for my daughter's 30th birthday excellent pool... bar was amazing the food in the morning fantastic it couldn't have been a better trip and the people at the front desk were wonderful can't ask for anything better. Only one negative I have to say we tried to call the front desk for more towels and it kept being busy 4 hours so we don't know what that was about. But later that evening we had towels so I don't know if they're mind readers but it was good 👍👍

My stay was good till I got woken up at 2am in the morning because someone don’t know how to watch there kid and did get to sleep till 4am
