I would stay there again!!!

The room is clean and quiet, the breakfast is fine. Bartenders are the most helpful people in the hotel. Reception staff is unprofessional, borderline rude. For the first time in my 30+y travel experience, there was zero explanation about hotel amenities upon check in. What is plain scandalous, I was given a room of a lower class than I paid for in advance. Had to go all the way to the manager. In my room, I could hear every toilet flush from the top to the bottom floor. No complementary water, no water coolers, no ice machines. This is a striking bad experience against the general quality service culture of Rīga hotels.

Great room, staff were super helpful and respectful.

The hotel was all good, clean, modern, central and easy to get to

I was very satisfied with the visit. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel was modern, clean, and offered good quality and service. The morning spa facilities were of a high standard. Unfortunately, the quality, size, and cleanliness of the gym did not match the overall standard of the hotel. It is only suitable for one person to work out there at a time.

Great location, has gym, in room fridge, quiet, good breakfast, just a couple minor problems. There are a couple of night lights towards the head of the bed which appeared to have no switches to turn off. Had to unscrew the bulbs. And the bathroom had a foot light which also could not be turned off, I had to tape a cover over it. I don't know why this hotel doesn't want you to sleep in pitch dark. The blackout curtains are not pure blackout either and lighten up with a haze in the morning. The carpet in the room is a solid dark brown so every speck of lint and dust is magnified - I don't know if the room is dirtier than any other hotel but it sure looks like it because of the dark carpet. Climate control was weird - cannot set the temp, only +/-, limited to "+3" for heat, so it doesn't maintain a temp and by early morning it's colder than it was in the evening. Fully enclosed shower is good.

I liked the breakfast! Rooms are clean!

Everything was good. And the hotel is very nice.

The check-in process was fairly disappointing upon being provided with a room it was obvious that the room had not been clean properly as the carpet was clearly unclean and the shelving and sidetables has visible dust present. So I went back to the reception and as for an alternate room which was provided however whilst the carpet in the new room was it in a better condition in the first in the room still wasn't to clean to a standard I would have expected. I went down to the reception again and asked one of the receptionist and they told me somebody would be there later that day to clean the room. However, this never happened, so I ask them again later in the day and they informed me that someone would come around the next day which never happened. I had actually ask one of the cleaners on the floor to to see if they could also tidy the room which the lady did which i very much appreciated. The single beds were smaller than the usual standard single whichbwas disappointing. Whilst there was a reasonable variety of food on the menu none of the heated food served was hot which was disappointing, the scrambled egg tasted odd with somewhat of almost of plastic smell and taste to it. Also in the elevators there images of a the breakfast which appear including items such as fried eggs and sausages, which aren't miniature frankfurters/hotdogs. However neither of these items were actually available. Jacuzzi was sloghtly disappointing as the water was barely lukewarm.

Well presented room, excellant front desk staff and great location.
