The lady at the front desk was so helpful in the

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone rude customer service they lied to me had me waiting outside the front desk that there was a manager on his way to the hotel waited about an hour and a half for nothing and when I called back they said that there wasn’t nothing they could do for me at the moment and on top of thiat they charged me for $75 dollars for not checking in ….

Better than my last stay. But for some reason they're are not putting wash clothes in the rooms anymore

The room doesn’t have basic needs like trash bin, napkins or hand towels, bath mat etc.. the carpet and the floor are very dirty. The kitchen is useless

The hotel is old, run down and not maintained, this is a bad part of town. The room was dirty, sun flower seeds on the floor when I arrived, holes in the carpet, couch and cabinets are beat up.

Park was easy. Air was perfect. But my room didn't have hand towels. And the towels that were there was dirty

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The building is aging and the interior was a little worn, but still fine for a quick stay. Having the refrigerator and microwave was convenient.

This was the worst experience I have had in a while. The photos lied about how well maintain the rooms were and I was hopeful but needed to leave felt creeped out

Wasn’t the cleanest hotel, there was missing cabinets and other important safety aspects, smoke detectors. Staff was wonderful but it is poorly cleaned and taken care of

Room does didn't lock or fully close, they had roaches, the lights didn't work.
