Nicely located property between the station and the centre. No issues. Could have done with aircon as was extremely hot but fan provided.

A 10 minute walk from train stations but closer to downtown Alkmaar.

Room has no A/C and it was too hot

We paid the €21 for a breakfast twice. Get there early for the best choice. Some hot food. The hotel is a 10minute walk to the town centre. It’s a nice little town. We were there to meet up with a relative but did some tourist stuff. The 45 min boat cruise for €6.5 each was well worth it and comes right past the hotel. We managed to get a parking space on site. Icecream shops in town lovely.

Hotel in a nice location ( 10 min walk into town. Staff ok, can be absent at times. Room a good size. Bath takes for ever to fill and water not very hot. Breakfast room was busy as hotel was full. Fair selection of items. Fridge in room but alas no complementary water provided. Would we stay again -yes.

Beautiful places; nicely located. The front desk staff is very accommodating. Overall, I recommend and hope to be back soon!

This was such a great hotel. He staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Everyone we encountered was fabulous but the two young women on the evening shift were amazing. They could not have been more helpful or interested in our holiday adventures. Pure gold.

One staff member was extremely rude, the rest were good

Good heat in the room. Rooms were clean,there was a mini fridge,safe in the closet,coffee maker with reg and decafe provided. It was a quick walk to and from the trainstation,and a Jumbo grocery store a few blocks away. Several restaurant options close by,as well as many shops. Daily maid service and on site reataurant and fitness facility. I really enjoyed Alkmaar and my stay at Hotel Amranth.

Reception/bar staff were very nice. Room was large, comfortable bed. Handy for the railway station and the city centre both about a 10 minute walk away.
