吉隆坡中环雅诗阁酒店服务公寓 (Ascott Sentral Kuala Lumpur)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The property was really good. Just ask them to take owneahip of the concessionaires found within their premises. I paid for coffee in the vendo machine found in ther lobby that waa never dispensed and the front desk just said they can’t do any about it. The leaat they could do is return my money and claim it from the coffee vendor since the from desk witnessed the whole experience.

It was fine the stay and over all experience

The room is clean and spacious. It is a bit of walk from/to the train station if you have luggage. They also won’t store your luggage if you go away somewhere else unless you have a future reservation with them, which I find many other hotels would do regardless if you stay again or not.

Ascott stays never disappoints!! This was the most comfortable stay during my 5 week holiday traveling between China and Malaysia. Bedrooms were tidy and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. It really made me feel like I was at home. Front desk service was courteous, welcoming and professional. The only thing I would like to comment on is their breakfast. It could do better, from food varieties, atmosphere and location. I’ve been to other Ascott buffets and this one was literally a joke.

Room are spacious. Cooker, Microwave, Capsule coffee machine worked well. Cleaner lady Ramlah, counter staffs, Drivers, concierge are friendly & Helpful. Self laundry washer & Dryer cost Myr 10.60 each. The breakfast need to improve with more Ham, Bacon, Salted eggs, pickles for porridge. 5 mins walking distance to NU Sentral. Btw will choose Ascott . Excellent 👌👍.

Flawless hotel in middle of India town.
