Great staff and well located especially for the West Bank of the city. Slightly too far out for the city etc

Perfect stay! Not only was the check-in smooth, but everything else was also satisfying. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal. There wasn't a single thing I didn't like. I’ll definitely be back!

Super nice reception staffs, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. But don’t like the red room decoration.

一般 Leaking seal on shower enclosure.
Shower extremely small. Can't even bend over in any direction to soap my feet.
Air condition set but never went cool. Room was warm all night

Review for the Hotel UNA in Florence, Italy
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. While the hotel looks modern, the rooms have several issues, both in appearance and functionality. We were first given a room with a damaged wall (as shown in the photo) and a malfunctioning bathroom. We reported it and were moved to another room, but in the second room, the sink and shower were clogged—they had to send a plumber just so we could use it.
It was a disaster. I do not recommend this hotel.
I’m sharing this review for the benefit of future guests
