希尔顿欢朋酒店-伊萨卡 (Hampton Inn Ithaca)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

overall clean space, near by options for food was good. parking was also excellent.

We could not have had a more pleasant stay. It was just perfect.

I mistakenly booked this hotel for a Thursday instead of the Friday I needed. I caught my mistake immediately after hitting purchase. I had inadvertently booked it for that same night. I reached out to Expedia and the hotel to ask if they could please cancel my reservation. Expedia said they would allow it but the hotel denied the claim and charged me the full price. There should be an option to fix an error within minutes of making it. Its insane that I was charged over $220 for a mistake I immediately tried to rectify.

I can't say enough about the friendly staff at Hampton. Everyone was more than accommodating!!

Breakfast was reasonably good. There was a small charge for parking.

Clean room and building

Good location

Breakfast was mainly store brought

Hampton inn is always reliable. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, breakfast had something for everyone. easy access to side parking, close to both colleges and shops. the only thing i wish it had was a laundry facility.

The staff especially the manager Shannon was incompetent with a bad attitude. Not fit to be behind that desk or in front of the public.
