Great staff, central location to food, activities and Streetcars

The stay was wonderful

clean room, need updating

The room was spacious and clean. Mini fridge was very nice. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Beautiful view of Jackson Square. The staff, from the valet, front desk & bartender were all helpful and friendly. Thank you for another great stay!!

The staff were really very helpful relatable respectful went out their way for all request that alone gives them a 5+ Well, I didn’t like was there were no irons to iron my clothes it just had steamers and I’m not used to preparing my clothes with the steamer and also I think they need to give microwaves in the room so that you can keep your coffee hot

Service great people freindly

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, featuring plush beds, soft linens, and ample storage space, all contributing to a comfortable stay. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with modern fixtures and fresh towels. I particularly enjoyed dining at The Peacock Room, one of the hotel's upscale restaurants, which offered a delightful menu and excellent service.

The hotel was very nice, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more.

The air conditioning system in the room was noisy all night. Terrible. As always with Kimpton, the staff were tremendous.
