首尔广场酒店- 傲途格精选 (THE PLAZA Seoul, Autograph Collection)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Our stay was great! All the staffs were accommodating to all of our requests. All the staffs are helpful, friendly, and kind. We asked to change rooms, and ask for a late check out. They granted us extra three hours free of charge. They also gave us gifts. Thank you Plaza Seoul Authograph Collection for recognizing my stays. I will keep coming back, as our home away from home. Our family was comfortable and enjoyed our family vacation here. Everything was walking distance to main attractions, food, gwanghamun square. Thank you so much to all the staffs. Until next time.

Fantastic staff, all were super courteous and helpful.

Truly a five-star experience in Seoul. Appropriate for Business, Tourists, or even Locals to need a weekend getaway. The high-touch service from the moment you arrive. The doormen at the lobby as well as the concierge desk will take care of your questions and requests. The service from the restaurants and hotel staff made our stay distinct. Enjoy your stay.

What an amazing experience. The hotel deserves its 5 Stars. The staff were lovely, the Korean culture and hospitality is beautiful. The staff member that cleaned our room everyday was such a beautiful lady, I want to extend my sincere thanks to her for removing our many, many recycling bags each day. Thank you we will be back.

Excellent location Amazigh staff Very nice gym and swimming pool

Amazing stay - staff and comfort were fantastic!

The Plaza Hotel is a lovely historic hotel, old hotel. While our room was not very functional, it had a fantastic view. The buffet is quite expensive, and the hotel does not have a bar for guests who want to enjoy a drink.

I liked this hotel. Modern. Our room had a fridge, automatic control touch screen over lights and curtains, nice tub and shower, walk in closet, 2 tvs, and king bed. Also came with charger with usb c and lightening cord. The hotel is in a good location right next to the subway station at Seoul Plaza and is near myeongdong. The staff was excellent and polite. I unfortunately did not have enough time to try their restaurant, or use their facilities. Also the K limousine stops at the hotel. I would stay at the hotel again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff were very accommodating throughout our stay, and the bell staff were especially friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. My only criticisms are that the black carpeting in the hallways and rooms seems to attract and show dirt easily, and the shower did not drain properly, causing water to pool outside the shower area. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The great location and exceptional service more than made up for the minor issues.

The check-in and check-out were very efficient, and all the staff were kind. The double bedroom was a little bit small for us, but it was clean, and the beds were good quality.
