Was very clean staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs very good place to stay

We will continue to stay at La fiesta every time we visit St. Augustine beach. Wonderful staff and accommodations.

So many positives each time my family and I stay here: -employees are happy & helpful -the location is close to many restaurants, bars, & stores -great beach access -rooms are always super clean -towels are soft -pool has many sun loungers -breakfast is always delivered on time

Great location and beautiful grounds. The room was basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable.

We were scheduled to stay at the place from 7/17 thru 7/21. Unfortunately, our daughter became sick and we needed to leave and get her back home. We left 2 nights early(daughter has suffered from cancer for last 10 years+ and we did not want to take a chance) and turns out she caught a very bad case of flu. I asked for a possible refund at the sight, but the desk clerk said they could only refund half of the hotel fees($49) and I would need to go thru the booking company to see if they could do anything. I contacted them and they contacted the hotel management and I just got word that they refused the refund. I understand policy, but exceptions need to be made sometimes. We did not want to leave---we had to and these places simply want their money. We will never darken their doors again and I suggest no one else does.

We've stayed at this property several times over the last couple years and it's become our go-to spot in St. Augustine. Hot breakfast delivered, heated pool, private beach access just a few steps away... Checks all the boxes. The staff is always friendly and a bonus is the mini golf course with ice cream stand next door.

The hotel was very nice. The location to the beach as well as all the local dining was spot on. We could easily walk to wherever we wanted to go. It was a quiet area and the staff was fantastic. They met all our needs quickly. We will come back here again.

Checked in. Of course, walked around room spraying lysol, like I aways do and right off bat i spotted a pair of men's underwear hanging from shower curtain and THEY WERE STILL WET when I yanked them down and threw them in garbage. As always, never use room service. And the sign at front desk that they charge $35 for unretured pool towels is offensive. Place is in need of inside paint.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, but could use some better pillows. The staff was all extremely nice and accommodating. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but a lot better when it wasn't during the hottest part of the day. Location is perfect if you are staying to go see a concert at the amphitheater. The free breakfast is mediocre.
