Great location, close to some great restaurants.

This is the second time I’ve been there and the staff were absolutely wonderful. It’s a great location with great amenities.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean but very modest - just a bed , couch , and outdated kitchen - not with price paid - said there was a restaurant on site and closed the entire time & no vending machines to get bottled water not coffee machine or pods in the morning

Very happy with this hotel. Reluctant to stay there because parking was stated as an issue (in some reviews), however, parking was excellent during our stay and the best we’ve experienced in Ottawa. Reasonably priced too. Stayed in a two bedroom suite with family. Comfortable. Only issue we had were the lack of outlets to charge our phones and tea towels to dry dishes we used. Twin beds were teeny tiny for tall people, but comfortable. Great location.

Perfect location in the centre of downtown with almost everything in walking distance. Great restaurants and pubs nearby. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Although it is next to Elgin, it is very quiet for a downtown hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

I liked the proximity to Elgin Street

I love having the kitchen!

The location of the hotel and amenities/size of room were great. Bathrooms were clean. Parking is pricey $40 per night. The air conditioning is old and loud, electric sockets need updating, some light bulbs missing creating safety issues and the carpets, curtains and couches all smelled unclean. They could use replacing.

all fine except had to wait over 1 hour to get a luggage buggy Sunday morning so we could check out and get our belongings to our Van May be you should have more than three?????
