函馆A-GATE酒店 (A-Gate Hotel)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Overall was very satisfied, and great value for money. But why is the coffee machine not available in the morning when I want to drink coffee?

We booked the wrong date & they helped us to amend it, we appreciate their help. The hotel location is about 500m away from Hakodate JR station, but there is a tram station within 2 mins walk (Matsukazecho station). There is a few convenient stores within 300m and a MaxValu supermarket (Cheap foods, snack & almost everything) in 5 mins walk. A McDonald restaurant is just across the road (the hotel provided us two JPY200 vouchers). At the lobby, the hotel provided Free Tea/ Coffee/ Sakae (Japanese beer), Snack & Instant Noodle (self service). The staff can speak English & the service is good.

Great location. Friendly, patient staff. Breakfast voucher to nearby McDonalds.

Dislike the size

Basic & simple. Spacious room has all that we need. Friendly staff.

Hotel staffs very nice. Clean and with everything you need

Cheap and cheerful hotel/hostel. One of the staff was very helpful in providing us information about a good onsen in Yunokawa. Easily accessible from the train station. Room was a good size, only problem was that it stank of cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room.

Room is small but expected, location is very close the Jr station and near some good food options

Nice room with good location to the station. Clean and with everything you need.

Very efficient and accommodating front desk. Very helpful in giving us tips on how to get around. Fast and efficient staff when we ask questions on how to use heater.
