Nice, clean hôtel. Excellent service

Hi there this review is a bit late but I would just like to thank the staff, Thaer was great during my stay, and on the fianl night I broke my leg and the manager I think He was called Mamoun, came from home to stay with me at the hospital while I was being treated, they were fantastic and couldnt have been nicer to me with my broken leg

the staff was very supportive and helpful in all aspects to include a tour of the property, meals, room service and information with gaining access to Petra.

Clean room, extra helpful staffs giving trip and food recommendations, plus free valet parking. Breakfast is now à la carte instead of buffet, since Jordan is more quiet than usual this season and most hotels are not very full.

Staff were very attentive and hospitable. Complimentary room items were great as didn’t feel like you were being nickel and dimmed for things like water and soda. Would have been nice to have beer in the restaurant though

Really enjoyed my stay, so many positives; The location and its proximity to everything, the staff who were helpful throughout, the room and how clean it was kept, the breakfast and wide choice of food, the greeting when I checked in, the basement car park and finally, the overall ambiance of the place and its setting.

Without a doubt, one of my Top 3 hotels in the world! I was very impressed by all the amenities that were included - free valet parking, free mini bar snacks and drinks, and breakfast! Usually, luxury hotels charge you separately for all of those amenities. They even had a personalized welcome note in my room with a box of Arabic sweets. And to top it off, it really is a 3 minute walk to the Petra entrance! Everything was wonderful!
