We had AC issues in the room which meant the room was kinda warm but the staff provided a fan to move the cool air better. Other than that hiccup, very nice property and slept well.

The room was a bit outdated. Could have been cleaner, I had a used cup from the bar sitting on my dresser for 2 days before house keeping removed it.
Bar was nice, drink price fair and both bartenders very friendly.
Pool amd spa were very outdated with peeling paint and older chairs.
1 elevator was broken at the time of our visit.
Overall ok, but the price per night we paid was high for the actual accommodations we received.
We will not go back but rater look for a newer hotel that likely has similar views of the mountains

Staff was great, the bathroom could have been cleaned before we went into it.. there was hair on the floor and there was (not sure what) on the back of the bathroom door… I’m not a complainer, but, that did bother me. Otherwise the staff and all else was really great.

Great property. We did have one small issue that was fixed immediately by Tony at the front desk. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Great stay for my kids and dog alike. We’ll be back!

Staff is great. Rooms are clean. Pools were a bit dingy and very deep (not good for little kids). There are free arcade games that were very appreciated!

Our first stay here and it was lovely. The rooms and comfy pillows are very nice. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, thank you Carol for being so kind. We didn’t have enough time to use the outdoor pool, but we enjoyed the indoor one. Very informative staff. Thank you for a nice stay.

一般 We were there 2 nights. Room's a/c wasn't working properly. Engineering responded quickly, but didn't have the part to repair. Moved to a different room for second night. AC units were SOOO LOUD and didn't cool the room any better than the first night.
Staff kindly gave us a couple of drinks vouchers which was really nice, but there were young kiddos playing at the bar.
