This is my third time staying at O’Gallery Hotel. The staff are amazing, very helpful and kind. It’s in a great location, walkable to many Hanoi highlights. Will continue to come back and recommend.

The Hotel is conveniently located at the where we wanted it to be. The staff went above and beyond their duties. Very friendly and super attentive. They are very well staffed for a small Hotel. We would come back again given the chance. ❤️❤️❤️

超赞 Staff was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. Rooms were clean with fresh towels and water stocked each day. Food was awesome, always fresh and delicious. Probably some of the best we had while in Hanoi. The location is a bit busy and noisy but everything else made up for this. 10/10 recommend

超赞 The hotel and staff are wonderful. Ms. Le helped to arrange everything from spa appointments to transportation to ideas of places to go and things to see or do. The hotel is clean. Rooms are cleaned and restocked daily without request. The food is delicious and some of the best we had while in Hanoi. 10/10 recommend staying here!

超赞 Best hotel ever! My room was humongous and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel is centrally located; perfectly close to tons of shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing, friendly and super helpful. They organized my visa and 3 tours for me. I love not having to think lol. Special shout out to Rosie and Mai. Give them both raises! They were both a big help during my stay. I cannot wait to return
