Loved the location, onsen, breakfast, room was comfortable & staff were great! I forgot an item in the room & am hoping to get it mailed to me & figuring out how to contact them.

A nice cozy hotel next to Hirosaki station. Breakfast buffet has a lot of delicious options to choose from. It's also in a good area, with lots of good restaurants nearby.

Onsen rundown, bf ok. But location to JR is excrllent. Staff attentive n bf variety okay. But replenishment slow especially later morning

Amenities are a bit minimal for women but very clean and quiet. It is located right cross the street from the station. The bed is a little hard for me. I loved the big community bath upstairs, used for several times. I would recommend you to go either early or later. I would stay again!

Great place, good staff and a wide variety breakfast.

While I booked a double-bed room, at check in, I requested a change to twin beds. I was shocked that the extra charge was ¥7,950. At another hotel in Aomori, I did the same and paid ONLY ¥2,000. This Route Inn charge of ¥7,950 was outrageous. As well the breakfast was terrible with very limited choice. I won’t recommend anyone to stay here. The bed was too hard too like I was lying on a concrete floor.

Small rooms but excellent location.

Typical Japanese hotel room!! That’s being said, still was surprised how small the room was!! Really nice, right across from Hirosaki train station and overall I would recommend. The only other criticism, was a little disappointed in the buffet breakfast. More choices!!

The hotel is right outside of Hirosaki station which is perfect for travelers not super familiar with the country. The bus station is literally between the hotel and the train station where you can take the 100 yen bus to Hirosaki castle and park. The breakfast was a great experience and a little different each morning. The room was a little bit smaller than we expected but was still very comfortable and cozy.
