I am writing to formally document the egregious treatment and systemic service failures I experienced during my stay from June 1, 2026, to June 5, 2026. My time at your property was marred by gross negligence, broken promises, and discriminatory behavior that falls far below the standards of a luxury establishment. The failures during my stay were pervasive: * **Front Desk Negligence and Breach of Agreement:** I endured two nights of severely interrupted sleep due to disturbances in the hallways at midnight and 2:00 a.m.. When I reported this, I was ignored on one occasion and hung up on during the second. While the front desk explicitly agreed to correct the room charges upon my checkout, they are now refusing to honor that commitment. * **Dining Service Failures:** We were ignored at two separate restaurants on your property. At one location, we were served cold food, and I was forced to actively seek out a server just to receive assistance. While one of these instances was eventually refunded, the other remains unaddressed. * **Discriminatory Treatment:** As a Korean adoptee, I traveled to Korea to grieve the loss of my father, only to be met with discriminatory treatment for being a non-Korean speaking Korean. To be treated as a second-class citizen while attempting to connect with my roots was deeply traumatic and made it impossible to find the peace I sought.

Loved this place. Our summer home :)

- Great location - Club Lounge staff amazing. - 30,000krw for 2 hours to use a Cabana by the pool is ridiculous, across 10 days we did not see a single person use them. - Closing the pool for 1 hr at Midday and 10 minutes every hr on the hr is odd. - The 3 outdoor pools/spas were out of action for 3 days

The staff were amazing. Attentive and helpful at all corners. The only reason why i had given 4 stars were because: lack of food choices within the complex. There are choices, but not an abundant amount. And the choices available - including the featured buffet at Da Moim, was… subpar. Given the prices demanded, I would have expected a higher standard. Alas, there were other choices within a short driving distance. One thing to note: everything practically closes by 8pm (last order).

Everything excellent!!! Will visit soon again

The hotel itself is beautiful—right by the ocean with stunning views. However, the staff don’t seem as well trained as I expected. It’s not that they are bad, but compared to other places, they don’t feel very professional. Also, when I first arrived, it was quite difficult to find the main entrance and front desk. I had to carry my luggage around and spent a lot of time figuring out where to go, which was inconvenient. That said, the hotel is quite unique, and the scenery alone makes it worth visiting thought

At check-in, they required a confirmation email, but I didn’t have internet access, so it took a long time. I showed my ID and confirmation number, which is usually enough at other hotels, but it was not accepted. I was traveling with my elderly mother, which made it more difficult. I wish this had been communicated in advance.

Everything about Ananti is excellent. My 2nd time and i will go again.

Did not do the breakfast buffet nut ordered room service breakfast which was very good. The waterhouse hot springs was excellent and everything else was very nice.
