The hotel was great in terms of locations and customer service. The hotel had lots of stores, restaurants & the train station at walking distance. The breakfast was okay. The rooms were somewhat difficult to find as you had to make lots of ups & downs & turns. Our friends had to stay in the rooms over across the street from the reception.

一般 After a long train journey, I arrived close to midnight only to be told that I had not been given the room I booked and that there were no rooms left. I was asked to go to another hotel, and although staff did arrange a taxi after I requested it, this was unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

Just dont bother massively overpriced for what it is. Cramped in small box rooms, dated and mold in the bathroom / bedroom

The property is in a great location with them, walking distance from the train station and tons of places to eat and shop. My room was ready so I was able to get an early check-in and the room was very nice. I had to leave early for the airport and the wait staff at the restaurant was a little hesitant to packing a Takeaway breakfast for me, and kept telling me that they could not give me anything to go, but one of the male employees was very helpful and asked me what items I wanted and was very good at packing everything up and giving it to me and sending me on my way. I appreciate it that.

一般 The property claims there is a bar and restaurant on site, there is not. Don’t believe the pictures. Room has musty smell and hallway rugs are dirty and torn. Common areas not maintained.

Wasn’t able to access the room at checkin time (3pm) as room was not ready. Had even requested an early check in as we had a wedding to go to.
Small rooms and very unhelpful staff. Has a feel that the people running it don’t know how to run a hotel

The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. The room did not cool down even when requested at the front desk!
