We stayed at this Aparthotel as a family of four with children aged 9 and 6, and we really enjoyed our experience. The property is located on the outskirts of Rome, so walking to major attractions isn’t practical, but transport links are excellent. There’s a train/metro station right next door, and buses are easy to access. Travel into the city centre by this method took around 45 minutes. With the July heat, we often used UBER, which ranged from €12–€25 depending on the time of day and destination and took anywhere between 10 and 25 minutes. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids. After long days exploring Rome, it was the perfect place to cool off and unwind. You book a two‑hour slot with the lifeguard, and they were very accommodating. I’d recommend booking 24 hours ahead to secure your preferred time. The system was strictly observed and fair for all guests. A supermarket is less than a 10‑minute walk away and had everything we needed. There are also plenty of local restaurants offering authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with balconies and all the amenities you’d expect. Staff were friendly throughout our stay, and service was consistently good. Overall, a great option for families who are happy to stay just outside the centre and want the bonus of a pool during the summer heat.

Great hotel, amazing staff. The apartments are huge and comfortable, and everyone is great with customers. Special mention to Aurelia at the front desk, she always went above and beyond to help us, I hope she gets a raise soon, well deserved.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a 13yr old and 16 yr old for three nights. Perfect accommodation for our family of four. Great pool and amazing breakfast, the apartment was a lovely space with good air conditioning to relax in after our busy days in Rome. The location is perfect right next to a train station and it takes about 25 mins to get into the centre of Rome. There is an excellent restaurant right next door in case you don’t want to go into Rome one evening. The only thing to improve would be if someone had made the pull out beds, we were told we had to make it ourselves - they are perfectly sufficient but we were not given any instructions and we only worked out how it should be on night three. The initial check in staff we not very helpful and took extra holding money but this was resolved with more experienced staff the next day.

Booked several rooms for the whole family. Very clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Nous recommandons cet hébergement en terme de qualité/prix. Séjour de 4 nuits fin juin 2026. L’hôtel est à côté d’une station de train. Nous savions que nous allions utiliser les transports en commun pour nos visites. L’appartement que nous avions était grand (une chambre fermée plus divan-lit dans le salon), avec un grand balcon. Air climatisé qui fonctionnait bien. Pour la piscine extérieure (4 pieds, pas profonde), nous pouvions y aller 2 heures par jour compte tenu qu’elle n’est pas hyper grande (25 personnes maximum à la fois autour et/ou dans la piscine). C’était décidément un atout et nous y sommes allés tous les jours, avant ou après nos visites de touristes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le restaurant Capperi! qui est juste à côté qui a une très bonne table et où il est possible de commander du take-out.

Lovely mid-century property and furniture, spacious well proportioned room and balcony, well decorated common area, wonderful breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Repair of the mechanical shutter was prompt, efficient and clean. One complaint is the one-time leak from Aircon.

Belle grande chambre propre avec tout ce qu’il faut. Balcon ou terrasse selon l’étage. Piscine extérieur. Tout prêt du train. Bon restaurant tout près. Réceptionniste très polie et serviable. Nous a donné des conseils très utiles.

Très bien situé. Près de la station de train. Buanderie sur place. Réceptionniste parlait français et nous a donné de bons conseils.

Perfect hotel overall.

Laundry is a bonus. It is a bit far from downtown but easy parking if you are driving. Breakfast was good
