No bad for the price

I'll never stay here again. Disorganized, and poor service to start. They do not reply to questions about the shuttle on Expedia, I had to contact Expedia CS for help. I did find the shuttle, but had to wait in the heat for almost an hour to get it. My room was clean, kinda, there was no body wash, or shampoo. The AC remote was temperamental, first I could not get it to turn the AC on, then I could not get it to turn off, or adjust the temperature. Breakfast... first I was told my breakfast was not included by the attendant, so I went to the front desk. The clerk told me to just show my room number to the attendant. What did she think I did to begin with? At that point, I lost my temper a little, and told her to fix it. Breakfast was a let down, bad coffee, little selection. Nope, not staying at this place again!

Staff attitude was bad. Id say, little bit rude and rough. I won't stay again in this hotel.

A very good airport hotel close to BKK. Hood sixe rooms, 2 x pools, restaurant. Decent breakfast and regular shuttles to airport. Highly recommrnd

It's a little challenging to find the airport shuttle, but go to entrance three or four and you'll see a bunch of signs with hotel names. Had to wait a half an hour for the shuttle, but that's okay. Nice restaurant.
