Very good hotel, clean and well kept. Staff were excellent. Conveniently located. Nice restaurant downstairs.

Everything was to satisfaction, clean & friendly staff.

I was generally satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff was courteous and the service was good. Overall, it was a positive experience that I would recommend.

I loved this hotel, it’s super convenient and well situated, that’s why I am so dissatisfied. Sadly, the standard of service has come down. I paid for 3 nights and they never cleaned my room; I contacted guest services and they informed me that they clean once every two days, it never happened before and they didn’t mention it during check-in or in the hotel information. They didn’t pick up the garbage or refresh the coffee during our stay and it’s frankly disappointing to say the least that I had to call for them to come and pick up the garbage. It was an amazing hotel but I guess it’s not anymore

One elevator (of two) was out of service. A dead bug was on the window (inside!!). Coffee and tea were served in the lobby.

The room was clean, the restaurant was great!

Decent hotel. Staff were terrible
