满意 The main lobby is great and the staff were helpful. My room was old and tired and the carpet needs either a good clean or better still to be replaced. The sofa bed in the room looked terrible and I didn’t dare sit on it. Inside the wardrobe was the fridge and microwave - that was overheating as the air con had been switched off and it was a hot day.

满意 We arrived late in the evening and asked the front desk if there was anywhere we could still get something to eat. Unfortunately, the staff member was not helpful at all and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by asking.
We ended up walking across to the Sandman, where the experience was completely different. Their front desk staff was welcoming and happy to help, and the team at Chopped was fantastic. Even though they were closing in about an hour, they gladly served us and even encouraged us not to rush our meal.
The contrast in customer service was disappointing. Based on this experience alone, I will definitely be choosing the Sandman for my next stay.

超赞 My wife & I have been staying at this location for over 10 years about 6 times per year. All staff members have always treated us well and the rooms are always very well maintained and clean. Thank you.

I was really disappointed in this hotel. My room smelled like mould, the sink didn’t drain, the staff weren’t helpful at all and the fire alarm went off at 230am.
This isn’t a cheap hotel, but the quality and comfort of my stay definitely was.
I’d honestly go to any one of the other hotels literally within 100 m of this one. I won’t be staying here again.
