小镇公寓 (The Town Apartments)

The noise lol. There is a pretty loud hum 24/7 from a neighbouring industrial aircon unit or something. Rather than like, changing the windows in the bedrooms to double glazing, they provide a bowl of earplugs. I appreciate the earplugs. But like, that's not a solution, just a fix. Mould in the shower, old soap in the tray makes me think it wasn't cleaned very good. The checkin procedure wasn't clearly explained until I called multiple times to try and get information. The number on hotels.com i texted sent me a photo of another number to call. Who then said they'd get back to me but didn't. The second smaller room also did not have functional curtains. They immediately fell down and were unusable. On the plus side, beds were clean, fresh and comfortable and each room had AC. Wifi was provided, but ~20/2Mbps is slow. Convenient location.

Good location. Very noisy area. Apartment was clean and good for our needs.

Was supposed to have private spa ,none Was supposed to have washing machine and dryer ,none Rooms were nice but beds uncomfortable. Bad location as well. Too much noise.

Girls Trip staycation . Great location and suited our needs . Close to major shopping and plenty of places to eat .

Beautiful property. Comfortable bed

A stunning little apartment and surroundings. Perfect for the cheeky city getaway. 10/10

The room was nice had it not been next to a night club that kept us awake until 4am every night. The halls and elevator smelt strongly of cigarettes. Furthermore, the manager was very intimidating and at the end of our stay we had misplaced one of our access cards and he got mad and made us transfer him $100!!!! He also made a comment asking why we washed our bed sheets (my friend and I fake tanned) which made us feel like we were being watched. Will definitely not be staying at The Town Apartments again.

Great value apartment accommodation right in the heart of Melbourne. Far from luxurious but solid, honest & clean property and the beds are super comfy. Main concern is that it is very noisy outside with an outside music venue only a few doors up playing VERY load until midnight. Car parking is only a 50m walk from the apartment

Wonderful location - clean apartment with great amenities Fabulous view and comfortable bed

Very relaxing . We will return . It was so convenient to the city attractions and of course great coffee and food by your doorstep . Thank you so much 😊
