The hotel, location, and amenities were fantastic!! The only moment I got very disappointed was at the spa with one of the girls at the front desk. After one week at the hotel, the day before departing (May 21st) we booked an hour massage for both of us. At the moment of paying, my credit card didn’t go through (she shamelessly hold a laugh). I said that is not possible, gave her my credit card. It didn’t pass. My friend tried with two cards. Nothing. A local lady tried as well and nothing! It was obvious that it was the internet, but she NEVER admitted that. I was hoping for an apology, but nothing! Such a RUDE employee shouldn’t work at the front desk… We just told her to charge it to our room. She really ruined the mood of the massage time.

Nice Hotel overlooking the beautiful Formosa and barrier islands. Very good breakfast, evening meal somewhat lacking in choice but good quality meals. Room spacious, quiet and clean. Olhau is interesting to explore. Nice change to beach and city hotels..

The only thing we thought could be improved was the buffet evening meal, there were not many choices and for €28 thought it was a little overpriced. We are not fussy by any means but with a choice of only salmon kebabs & lamb chops thought it was a bit limited. Apart from that the breakfast was good and lot's of choices. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect, nearby the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning with a variety of food. The staff were, friendly, helpful and professional. The swimming pool was a welcomed amenity to cool off and relax.
