Being an Expedia partner there was no water in the room nor at arrival I booked the hotel to celebrate my anniversary and was told there is a thermal spa but the spa was out of order The bed was squealing and squeeking all night and then there was no soap in the room Cleanliness was not there Would appreciate someone looking into this

We had a short stay of one night Front staff very courteous Rooms clean and lots of space Close to everything

Everything was just great. The diner at the Bistro was just incredibly so good.

The bar Rumor is excellent. Everyone was awesome. My only complaint is the air conditioning in the rooms its so loud. Needs and up grade on that parte but every thing else I recommend 👌

The room was clean but the bathroom sink was blocked and black shaved hair was floating to the top of plunged sink.. also when I turned down my bed big black long hair in the sheets!! Oufff not clean enough for me.
