It was great

Clean large room. Great location note: no in-room fridge, no water provided, no coffee machine in room also (have to go to common area to get)

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was excellent.

Location of the hotel is amazing, and the hotel is very nice. Helpful staff. If I had one small nit, it was the internet, as it was crazy slow. Overall enjoyed our stay very much.

Cute hotel. Modern, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

Great location 1/2 block from tram stop in the middle of downtown, short walk to river walk and lake. Located on street with a lot of restaurants. AC in each room, elevator to main floors with minor steps required to access some rooms. Did not use breakfast option. Staff at reception helpful and nice.

Nice room and helpful staff

The hotel is very well situated in the old town. Please note there is no parking at the hotel or near it since it is pedestrian walking only, however cabs are allowed to come. The property itself is very clean and the staff were wonderful. I read the reviews before booked the smallest room which says how small it is. I’m 5 foot 2 inches tall, so very short and was in room 404. I could easily touch the ceiling! If you are taller this wouldn’t not be comfortable for someone over 5 foot 8 inches tall. For me it worked and was very clean and the shower was lovely.

I had a long layover and this was ideal for staying centrally, close for transportation back to the airport and access to restaurants and the lake nearby. Quiet room to refresh and helpful staff to get my on the right transportation the next morning.

Very clean. Staff were helpful. Washroom configuration strange.
