Room had all we need, easy access to apartment. Clean room with towels. Just a couple of stops on the subway which made the access to the centre very easy. Neighbourhood may appear a bit intimidating but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay there again

This property does not have a person to check in with, a code emailed to you prior. The code I received was incorrect. The situation was stressful. There is a telephone number to ring if you experience problems however traveling with just an eSIM doesn’t allow this type of contact. I was fortunate that another guest phoned on my behalf and a correct code was issued. The screen check in process was all in German. Difficult. The room was comfortable and spacious, fresh clean linen and towels. I didn’t like only having one key card for entry and no onsite staff.

Unable to check in due to system issues. No support on site. Hotel refused to refund a room i couldn't access.

Confirmation number on email to check in was wrong. Had to call. FYI, rooms with number and letter can only be accessed thru glass doors on first floor. No need to use elevator.

Nice place to stay. Good facilities area was quite cosmopolitan which we liked. Good Parking is available locally for 10euro 24hrs. Good place to stay

The property is a mile from the train station. Two metro stops. Check in is a pos terminal with an agent who speaks poor English.

Convenient location and a comfortable base. The small kitchenette was fine for drinks/breakfast, and the living area means there is somewhere to relax rather than just sitting on the bed. The check in process is very easy, and the property was easy to find. There are shops and an underground station not far away. The only downside is that there are no curtains or blinds in the property, so you feel very exposed when changing as the property over the road can probably see in.

We booked two separate apartments for a group of 4 adults and 1 child (14 years old) for a 2 night stay and were allocated the top floor :). Both apartments were spotless, warm and quiet and furnished exactly as described in hotels.com site. The location of the apartments is ideal for a short city break. There is a pram stop only couple minutes walk from the apartments and an underground station within 5 minutes walk where you can take an underground to Vienna city centre (Stephansdom) in less than 15 minutes. Beds were comfortable for us and the sofa bed worked for our teenager. Given our short stay, we did not use the kitchen utensils at all, but there is a fridge, an oven and a cooker (2 rings) for those who may stay longer and wish to cook their own meal. There is no manned reception but the check-in process was really simple - just follow the instructions on your booking confirmation. At the departure, all you need to do is to drop the key card into a box on the wall. Could not be simpler! I'd warmly recommend Aparthotel Smart Apart Living - Wien Hauptbahnhof for both a short city break as well as for a longer stay in Vienna. A great value for money!

Very close to centre of Vienna through metro Closeby. Very comfortable and clean

Brilliant apartment my only issue was bed was a bit hard for me old highly recommend.
