The room was clean

Staff are friendly and very helpful. WiFi worked very well. Great location for getting around the city

Close to the train station, friendly staff.

There were cockroach(!) in the bathroom. I took a video, got my money back, and went to another hotel.

Excellent hotel and good price.

The positives: staff were great, location was close to transportation and shops, and I didn't hear much noise from other guests or outside. The negatives: some of the furniture was quite worn, the area around the hotel was a bit sketchy (but not unsafe), and I had to ask for a kettle as there wasn't one in my room.

The hotel is very close to the Frankfurt main station with easy access to trams and central Frankfurt is within walking distance of 15 - 20 minutes. Overall everything about the hotel has been excellent from check-in to House keeping service. Already booked the same hotel for my next trip.

The hotel haa clean lobby, check-in was easy. The room was tidy but no complimentary coffee in the room. The bath towels smell some mildew. Only toiletries complimentary was soap

The staff was very nice and we appreciated a modern bathroom
