Perfect place. Planning to stay there again soon. Beautiful rooms with beautiful view. Very convenient place with car parking

Exactly how I imagined when booking Room was clean Beds were comfortable

Hi there A well maintained motel in Ryde. Rooms are generally clean and golf course view is a plus. Parking is free at the front. Issues we had was we saw the bed sheets were torn and ants in the rooms. Overall ok experience.

Location was good for me. Nice views of golf course. Good breakfast value and area. Only negative for me is traffic noise in the room. Could there be better doors that dampen the sound?

Positives: *Registration process was very simple & not at all intrusive. *The view from the room was lovely: overlooked the golf course green & swimming pool. *The size of the room and bathroom was very comfortable. *Front desk person Peter’s mood the next day. Seemed in better spirits. *Was given an 11:00 am check-out but… Negatives: *Was greeted by Peter at front desk who seemed annoyed and irritated – perhaps not having a good day. *The room smelled like stale cigarette & when the aircon was turned on it exacerbated the terrible smell. *The aircon & filters need cleaning / changing. *Peter did provide an 11:00 am check-out but forgot to let house-keeping know… *The room looked nothing like the photo on Expedia. *Hotel hasn’t been well-maintained, cleaned or cared for. *They have indicatively NOT mopped or scrubbed the tiled area in the hallway, bathroom & shower for many, many years. The colour difference between high traffic areas & areas not utilised, is very obvious. *The fly screen mesh in the window panel was torn away. *The door chain was old and rusty & the door handle had been replaced but it was a shabby job on an old door. *Mattress & pillows way too soft, unsupportive & uncomfortable.
